Q.  What does your company do?

A.  We have the ability to do almost anything in residential contracting, "from the ground up", except we do designs, drawings and plans also.

Q.  Can you just give me a ballpark price?

A.  We tend to stay away from "ballpark estimates" because that is the figure people tend to remember, and it often is innaccurate.

Q.  What is a Change Order?

A.  Change orders are deviations from the original Scope Of Work.  They can be due to hidden problems, or redesign issues, or even additional or decreased work.

Q.  Do you offer a warranty?

A.  Yes.  We offer a 36 month warranty on labor and materials, with typical response times of 24 hours or less.

Q. How much does a CHE cost?  

A.  This depends on several factors.  Larger homes and complex projects will cost more than a smaller homes, or more simple projects.  They generally start at about $325.00, and is applied toward the balance of the project we do for you.
